Seefeld Wildmoos golf course

Surrounded by birches and larches, this course was harmoniously integrated into the nature reserve by the English architect Donald Harradine. Relaxing tranquillity, untouched Tyrolean nature all around and a magnificent mountain panorama characterize the championship course in Seefeld. Leading golf journals consistently rank this sporty complex among the most beautiful golf courses. An ideal place for concentrating on the essentials. The extra bonus: At 1300 m above sea level, the balls fly 10% further!

This unique signature of Donald Harradine is also reflected in the golf jewel of the Alps. The view of the peaks and mountain ranges of the Karwendel and Wetterstein mountains is downright breathtaking. An old population of birch, larch and beech trees line the fairways.

Despite the altitude of almost 1.300 m, fairways and greens are of top quality. There are new e-trolleys and new club cars equipped with GPS. Tyrolean coziness characterizes the beautiful Alpine-style clubhouse. Guest players and club members meet casually for a chat over local delicacies.

SEEFELD-WILDMOOS GOLF CLUB

Each fairway of this golf course is unique and unmistakable! The demanding 18 fairways are laid out in hilly terrain so that the differences in height do not cause any problems for the players. Otherwise, Kiffe e-trolleys and club cars are available. Single handicappers are athletically challenged by the champions tees.
You are also welcome to take your four-legged friend on a leash with you.

The playing season runs from mid-May to around the end of October this year.

The Leading Golf Courses

Passing the testing process to be among the “Leading Golf Courses” is not easy.

an extensive one catalog of quality criteria, including the condition of fairways and greens to the overall appearance of the facility, clubhouse, player services, shops, and the general quality and competence of staff.

To ensure this, anonymous testers of all skill levels, so-called "mystery players", are sent to various golf courses. With the help of a questionnaire with over 100 detailed questions on quality criteria such as course characteristics or service qualities, they rate the clubs and only after the judgment of several testers is it decided whether the requirements for the seal of quality are met THE LEADING GOLF COURSES are fulfilled.

IN THE GOLF JEWEL OF THE ALPS!

The decline in biodiversity has reached dramatic proportions worldwide in recent years. The massive extinction of species also affects many animal and plant species in our latitudes, e.g. B. wild bees, butterflies, ants, grasshoppers and birds. In the cultural landscape, agricultural intensification, over-fertilization, use of pesticides, construction and sealing are the main reasons for this worrying development. Many meager meadows and pastures become overgrown and forested because their use is no longer economical. As a result, their rich flora and fauna disappear. Under the title "Promote and experience biodiversity", the board of directors of the Seefeld - Wildmoos golf club has launched a project that is unique in Austria.

My name is Carola and I have been running the golf shop on our "Leading Course" for more than 15 years now and have beautiful and functional fashion in my range in order to optically adapt my customers to the aesthetics of the golf course. Every day I serve a wide variety of customers and try to meet every wish. It doesn't matter if I'm just selling a pair of socks or a complete outfit, the most important thing is that the customer feels comfortable in his clothes. And that starts with the sock and ends with the putter. Leave those pants hanging in the closet that you bought by mistake but which are a bit pinched in the buttocks - because one thing is for sure: your teammates are staring at this spot on the tee and if you've lost your drive now, it's probably because of it not on the swing.
So, if you want to treat yourself to something new, just stop by the golf shop.
