Three kilometers from Pörtschach on Lake Wörthersee, the "Moosburg-Pörtschach" golf course lies on a high plateau . At 6.011 meters, par 72, and SSS 72, it is one of the longest 18-hole courses in Carinthia. The beautifully landscaped course is very fair and offers the average player a good chance. The hazards are strategically placed so that top players have to carefully consider their approach to each hole.

Because design and planning in harmony with nature play a major role, the "Moosburg-Pörtschach" golf course was awarded the highest prize, the "Premier European Golf Course," by the European Society of Golf Course Architects . The course offers virtually everything a golfer could wish for: gently rolling fairways, beautiful mature trees, landscaped ponds and biotopes, and open holes with sweeping views of the surrounding countryside.

Just a short hop from Wörthersee away, the Moosburg-Pörtschach golf courses are located in a park landscape on a picturesque plateau in the "Schwarzes Moos" nature reserve.
